Сам работаю в строительной сфере, поэтому к качеству отделки отношусь придирчиво. В этом году купили квартиру в Нордик Скай в Тосмуре и могу сказать, что застройщик держит марку. Шумоизоляция на приличном уровне (что для Турции редкость), стыки ровные, сантехника и гидроизоляция в ванной сделаны на совесть, а не тяп-ляп. Отдельный плюс это планировки. Пространство используется с умом, нет бесполезных коридоров. Территория ЖК закрытая, ухоженная, бассейн чистят регулярно. Приятно иметь дело с профессионалами. Рекомендую, одним словом.

Хотелось бы выразить большую благодарность за уделенное нам время и консультации, очень приятно было познакомиться и общаться. К сожалению, сегодня мы не вытягиваем по деньгам покупку, но будущее покажет. В феврале купила квартиру планировка 1+1 в Nordic Sky в Тосмуре — и очень довольна выбором! До моря буквально 250 метров, рядом Carrefour, Migros, рынок по четвергам — всё под рукой, удобно. Айдат нормальный, скромный. Инфраструктура внутри ЖК на уровне: бассейн, хамам, фитнес..
Менеджеры сопроводили сделку от начала до ТАПУ — спокойно, без нервов.

Покупали недвижимость через агентство Nordic Property, выбрали новую квартиру в Авсалларе, недалеко от Алании. Искали более спокойный район, для семьи, без суеты. Здесь как раз такая атмосфера. На сайте удобно сравнивать проекты, сразу понятно, что предлагают. Что понравилось в работе агентства? Что показывают реальные объекты, что не стремятся приукрасить, что всё нормально, по-человечески, в общем. Саму сделку провели спокойно, девушки сопровождали на всех этапах.
