After buying an apartment in Turkey, we want to leave a review with gratitude to the construction company NORDIC PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION. Having the experience of buying an apartment in a new building in our homeland, we were pleasantly surprised by the attitude of Turkish companies towards us: this is the developer and real estate agency through which we purchased our apartment. The keys were given to us by a representative of the developer company, a very nice and pleasant Russian-speaking girl Dasha. Subsequently, we kept in touch with the developer through Dasha. She helped us to resolve all the issues and shortcomings in the apartment. Special thanks to the developer that they tried to eliminate any defect without delay and answering. But special thanks to Dasha for her responsiveness and support. We are satisfied with the developer company. For those who are planning to buy property in Turkey, we wish not to be afraid to do it at the construction stage, we wish to find a respectable developer who performs his work efficiently and reliably. Now our task is to keep all this in its original state, because this is our HOUSE.

My husband and I thought about buying an apartment in Turkey in 2020 during a pandemic, when we froze our tour at a travel agency. It was decided to buy an apartment in Alanya, as it is the southernmost part of Turkey. Having considered numerous objects, we opted for The cozy residence residential complex from Nordic Property. We liked the object because it is located in a quiet picturesque area, while the residential complex has everything you need for a comfortable stay (4 types of pools, a gym, a children's playroom, a sauna, a hammam, a spa room and much more) and, of course, wonderful view from the window to the sea and mountains. I would also like to note the staff of the Nordic property company in the person of Daria Chichek and Daria Tumakova, who were happy to help us from the preparation of the TAPU document to the conclusion of contracts for utility services. Selection of an apartment is a responsible and long business. And if also for permanent residence, and not raids a couple of times a year - and completely thorough! One of the most important criteria was the desire to purchase a brand new home from a quality developer and at an attractive price. As it turned out in practice, this is possible if you buy real estate at the construction stage. But the benchmark for the quality of future housing are ready-made objects. This is how my acquaintance with the construction company Nordic Property Construction happened, the objects of which are prospering and multiplying in number. Having appreciated the previous objects, I was offered apartments in a project under construction. Thoughts were about five minutes, and only on the issue of finance. But these issues were easily resolved with the help of Daria Chechek - after all, they agreed on a more than pleasant payment plan for me. By the way, the construction company offers installments for its facilities until the end of the construction period - which is very convenient. TAPU was already received very quickly and it remained to wait for the completion of construction. I want to note the importance and express my deep gratitude to Daria Tumakova, the representative of the company at the construction site - she helps to solve many issues (if not all !!!). During the construction process, Daria sent photo / video reports on the progress of construction, helped to “reshape” the kitchen, choose the color of the laminate ... I can’t list everything. Just an irreplaceable person with knowledge of his business! It happens that when such a large object is handed over, some minor flaws cannot be avoided, but they are eliminated in a matter of days (even those that I overlooked, and this happens). I am more than satisfied with the cooperation with this company, because I am writing this review within the walls of my apartment. A dream of living by the sea that Nordic Property helped make a reality.

The year of expectations flew by unnoticed, we kept in touch with the employees of Nordic Property all year long. At our request, video reports on the progress of the construction of our house were periodically sent to us, finishing materials were agreed. In March, the construction was completed, but due to the current situation in the world and the lack of flights, our family was able to fly only at the end of June. Arriving in Alanya, we were very pleased to enter a clean apartment with furniture previously ordered, all our wishes for finishing the apartment were considered and implemented. The head of the Nordic Property construction company himself paid a visit to us, congratulated us on the housewarming. We would like to express our deep gratitude to the post service, immediately after arrival they helped us with the purchase of everything we needed. Subsequently, they helped us resolve all issues related to the further registration of utilities. Cooperation with Nordic left only the most positive emotions, thank you very much for such an excellent individual approach to customers.
