My acquaintance with Nordic Prorerty Construction happened quite unexpectedly and already at the moment when I almost despaired of finding something suitable for myself on the Alanya coast. The other day I received a document of ownership, which I am very happy about. I am grateful to the people that make up this company for their work and work, and I am convinced that I made the right choice by buying an apartment in Nordic Prorerty Construction. I really hope for further attention and good relations with the company that built the house where I am going to live, enjoying the sun and the Mediterranean Sea.

We turned to several developers to buy real estate in Avsallar, leaving them applications for the site. However, the fastest response was received from the manager of Nordic Property Construction - Anna, who advised us in Russian and on the same day gave us a tour of the facility. I can’t say that we had a firm decision to acquire property in such a short time, however, after talking with Anna, all doubts disappeared, and the next day we paid for the apartment reservation. I really liked how they met us at the developer's office, explained all the points under the contract, and even helped with paying for the reservation. But most of all I liked the attitude of the manager Anna, who tracked our money transfers and actively helped us in these matters, and there were many of them due to various changes in the banking system. In addition, she helped us open an account in Turkey, which is not so easy nowadays. We see how the construction of our house is going on, and we really hope that we will soon become the owners of the first property abroad.

After buying an apartment in Turkey, we want to leave a review with gratitude to the construction company NORDIC PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION. Having the experience of buying an apartment in a new building in our homeland, we were pleasantly surprised by the attitude of Turkish companies towards us: this is the developer and real estate agency through which we purchased our apartment. She helped us to resolve all the issues and shortcomings in the apartment. Special thanks to the developer that they tried to eliminate any defect without delay and answering. But special thanks to Dasha for her responsiveness and support. We are satisfied with the developer company. For those who are planning to buy property in Turkey, we wish not to be afraid to do it at the construction stage, we wish to find a respectable developer who performs his work efficiently and reliably. Now our task is to keep all this in its original state, because this is our HOUSE.

My husband and I thought about buying an apartment in Turkey in 2020 during a pandemic, when we froze our tour at a travel agency.
