This is possible, since the residence is located on the first coastline and the design of the project is made in such a way that the balconies are arranged in a cascade without blocking the view to each other.

Kargicak is a calm area located east of Alanya. Approximately 15 km from its center. Also, this is one of the closest areas to Gazipasa Airport, which is only 25 km away.
The first line near the sea is built up with low-rise (four-five storey) modern complexes, a little further from the sea and a little higher relative to sea level, there are complexes of villas and townhouses.
The main street of Kargicak, Gazipaşa Gaddesi, is actively developing, as the mayor's office has ordered the creation of commercial units in all new residential complexes. A pharmacy and a fish restaurant, a nail salon, a textile store, a Migros chain store, a Russian food store, and more are already operating right next to Nordic Art. To the east there is a chain store A101, a large bakery, a Migros Jet mini market, ATMs of AK bank and Deniz bank, towards the Mahmutlar district - a farmer's market (bazaar) on Fridays, small shops and cafes.
